2007 through 2009, brought many changes for Team PTG.
In 2007 PTG made the switch to taking over 2 Panoz Esperantes that were already in competition, with the help of first class drivers, Joey Hand, Bill Auberlen, Tom Kimber-Smith, Scott Maxwell, Byan Sellers and Ross Smith, Team PTG finished the year with 1 podium, 2 top-5 finishes and 7 top-10 finishes.
2008 brought back Joey Hand and added Tommy Milner and Tom Sutherland to the diver line-up and finished the year with 1 podium, 4 top-5 finishes and 8 top-10 finishes.
2009 brought Team PTG two more top drivers Dominik Farnbacher and Ian James, and Team PTG finished the year with podiums at Sebring 12 hour and St. Petersburg, 4 top-5 finishes and 7 top-10 finishes.
In 2010 PTG began the build of the Abruzzi Spirit of Le Mans for the Panoz stable. The testing program began in 2011 including competing at Sebring & Mosport. The Abruzzi was immediately successful, running at the front of the pack in only it's second race.
